ABOUT
Beachplace is the perfect place for a vacation. It is located in Florida on the beautiful island of Longboat Key. Only a short drive from Sarasota, Longboat Key is a quiet community with something for everyone within a short drive.
Our unit is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo accommodating up to 4 adults. The condo is fully furnished including recently updated kitchen essentials and linens. It has everything you need to have a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Minimum rental time is one month, but can be longer if you would like.
Our Unit
Our unit is located within building 4 of Beachplace Condominium Association. From both inside and outside the unit you can enjoy direct ocean views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

OUR SERVICES
Kitchen
Within the unit is a fully equipped kitchen suitable for any type of cooking during your stay.
Free Wifi and Cable TV
Wifi, cable TV, and phone (for local calls) is available within the unit.
Direct Beach Access

The beach is only a short walk from the condo. Beach chairs and umbrellas are set up for guest use while enjoying the beach.
Monthly Cleaning
​
Monthly cleaning is offered at an additional charge.
Pool
Large pool and hot tub is available for guest use during your stay at Beachplace.
Parking
​
An assigned parking space is included with each monthly rental of the unit, which allows guests to park close to the unit entrance.

Relax on the Beach
​
Take a walk along the beach or just go and relax in the chairs provided at Beachplace.
Dinner
​
There is no shortage of restaurants located on Longboat Key and within the Sarasota area.
Botanical Gardens
​
Explore the outdoors by visiting the Marie Selby Botanical Gardens located just off of Longboat Key in Sarasota.
Visit St. Armand's Circle
​
St. Armand's Circle is less than 5 miles from Beachplace. Within the circle is a variety of shopping and dining locations. Also, certain times of the year various art shows and events are held here.
Visit the Animals
​
Visit the Moat Marine Aquarium, Lowry Park Zoo, Sarasota Jungle Gardens, or the Big Cat House all within a short drive of Longboat Key.
Explore Sarasota and Neighboring Beaches
You can visit many other beaches in the area and explore all Sarasota has to offer including restaurants, shopping, and other activities.
